Overall feel.

The content so far in this module would be best described as aggressively focused on all impacts to the ability to complete projects are essentially the fault of the “employee”.

Makes it seem they are just prefacing the content with this so they can reference it when people ask for help in the future as they have already focused so heavy on providing a performance plan, offering them ideas to plan or manage their life.

So, I will be working through the module but essentially the actual skills for leading or manage a team would be better found using LinkedIn learning and YouTube so far.
